To get the window winder off, there is a funny "U" shaped spring clip between the window winder and the door card. Once this is removed the winder should pull off.

The door handle is held on with screws, so unscrew them, same for the handle inside to open the door.

The door lock pins which you pull up/push down to lock the car just unscrew and pull out, but they might be stiff.

Once all thats off the door card is just clipped into place by some strong clips and should just pop off (with a bit of effort). But be careful not to break any of the clips when removing the door card.

And be carefull of any wiring for the speakers and electric stuff, you should be able to unplug all of this.

Info taken from the haynes manual.
