    i've got the spendalot bug again and have decided to modify my engine. its a 1.9 pd tdi.i'd like it at 200bhp mark and can anyone out there give any suggestions as to achieve this?? turbo, intercooler etc what makes wud be very useful

    sweet but what kind of intercooler is best?or even can i change the turbo??

    Any larger intercooler is going to better than your stock one, but the dimensions have to be right. devonutopia has butchered his car to fit a HUGE intercooler, so he may be the man to ask.

    As for the turbo, you're asking the wrong person I'm afraid, I don't know enough about the TDis to suggest anything.

    From that post above, the injectors alone took the car up 40bhp.
