Overboost issue on my golf gtd mk6 cr170

Hello, so I have a golf mk6 i used to get black smoke and loss of power with my foot flat on the accelerator when going past 3.5/4k rpms accompanied by thick black smoke, after a couple of times this happening the car will go into limp mode and when turning off and on will snap out of it. I found the boost leak and fixed it and don’t get black smoke, however power loss is still there.

The turbo has been replaced due to some play in the turbine

The dpf had been drilled through and cleaned out and has been mapped out and got the map checked over twice

Boost pressure control valve has been looked and is performing well. Also had the dpf pressure sensor looked at.

Turbo lines all in good condition

N75 valve is working correctly.
