Mk6 2.0tdi 140 cold start misfire cffb

Hello, thought I’d join and post here as everyone I’ve asked elsewhere is stumped. Got a mk6 2.0tdi 140 cffb. Just under 150k. Dpf darkside delete pipe, egr delete, induction kit, mapped etc been having the issue for the last year on and off, not a single fault code has shown through carista. Upon cold start up, engine is rough, if I attempt to drive, it sounds tappy as hell, no power, no smoke, have to keep it under 1.5k revs so it doesn’t ‘tap’. Once car has warmed up, car drives absolutely mint!!! I’ve never had a single code, or warning light or EML. had a service 2 weeks ago (always religiously serviced) and it helped for a few days before doing it again. I keep going back to oil issue or carbon issue or possibly hydraulic lifters/tappets 🤦🏻*♀️🥴 once the car has warmed up, again drives beautifully! Turbo is not making any wierd noises or whistles, mpg hasn’t changed, will be plugging into full vcds in next 2 weeks, any suggestions ? As massively at a loss. Thanks
