    Hi all,
New here but I've owned my Avant 3 years now. I've a A4 B6, 2004, 1.9TDI Quattro Avant. I've a problem that started about 10 days ago that surely someone else has had.
The dash shows N/S front bulb out and it flashes double time but the bulb still works. These are regular incandescent bulbs, non LED. So far I've tried,

    • Another 2 bulbs
    • Another headlight
    • Another hazard switch
    • Unpinned the 3 earths in the headlight connector and reassembling
    • Clean of the earth connector to the left of the battery

All with no success. I've plugged in VCDS hoping to find a relevant error code but nothing to do with blinkers/indicators. The only light code is 16995 (Brake light switch) implausable/intermittent. That was just a sticking switch AFAIK.

I've had suggested it maybe the CCM. Anyone else here with any ideas? Thankyou in advance!

After checking module (09-Cent. Elect.), I found this error code 57-00 Electric Circuit failure.

So, is it the headlight connector into the headlight, CCM or am I not going to know without physically wiggling the connectors?
    Anyone had anything similar?

Thankyou, I will. It's a fault that just started so maybe it's just bad connector somewhere? I had ordered a used CCM incase it's that. I'll probably order a new headlight connector just incase.
