Hello, I have Audi A3 2000 1.9 TDI AHF engine code.
I can't start it. It cranks, but no start. As I understand, it gets no power to ECU. No MIL light when ignition on, can't communicate with it on OBD. Fuses inside the car seems good, but the ones, that are for ECU or engine in general, gets only around 1volt of power. I found two relays in the engine bay, relays are good, but not activating with ignition on. Both receives 12 volt to one pin, the others have 0 volt. What to check? Can someone help? Thank you!

It has been a while since I worked on a PQ34 Diesel so remind me to so I can look at the wiring diagram. The engine just turns over, it doesn’t start and cut out? Have you tried a sniff of Easy Start down the breather pipe fitting to the turbo? Don’t use brake cleaner.
