    Hi Folks,

    Got a 2015 Golf Sportsvan MK7 with EA288 CRLB engine (2.0 TDI 150HP).

Recently done myself full timing belt kit with water pump and also crank seal that was leaking oil.
More recently, I decided to fix the apparently well known problem of long crank on 1st start of the engine, by replacing VVT valve and its housing with corrected parts. Also did Oil and its filter change, as recommanded in related VW TPI.

Everything was good during 2 weeks, and then, it progressively degraded:
    - Long crank on 1st start reappered,
    - 3 days after, while driving, motor started to run erratic (unstable on idle or when trying to keep static rpm value, weird sounds from air intake, like air admission/compression - hard to describe)
    - Very long to start engine
    - Error codes P0011 and P0016
At this time, I unmounted VVT valve housing and found that the little piston on the valve, the one that is actionned by the solenoid, was stuck. I unlocked it, remounted everything and motor was just running fine after that.

I tought the VVT Valve i puchased was somehow bad (VAICO V10-7469), and won't last before getting again stuck, so I decided to unmount it to send it back and get a replacement.

Now with a new VVT Valve replaced, i can't get engine to start at all. Can't get what is wrong, seems to me like timing is slightly wrong, didn't had time to verify this point, will do it next weekend.
Would it be possible to have moved anything while untieding the VVT Valve? (I blocked the camshaft at TDC before proceding)

If anybody familiar with this engine/parts/issue may help understanding what is wrong or share experience , will be gratly appreciated.

    Thank you all.
