    Hi,

Just recently I've noticed the clock on my 2016 Tiguan 2.0 Bluemotion head unit, when the unit is off, always starts at 12 o'clock (I can't tell if it's noon or midnight!) when I turn the ignition on, but the clock time in the Settings page is correct.

I'm guessing the fuse for permanent live to the head unit has blown, but I'm not sure which fuse it is and the manual doesn't really help identify it, either.

Everything else (as far as I can tell) seems to be working properly.

Would someone tell me which fuse it is, please?

    Thank you.

OK, there isn't one. It's a defect in the head unit. Damn!

OK, so this doesn't help me (my head unit is too old) but it might be of interest to others: There is a rumour of a fix when updating the firmware to version 478 (mine is version 0254), but there doesn't seem to have been much success with this, if any.

Maybe it will work for someone, maybe not, but it's worth thinking about.

    Good luck!
