    Hello VCDS people My car is a 2009 A3 8p 1.4 tfsi I’ve just changed the battery so I know it needs coding I managed to get to the page on vcds which shows the 10 digit serial number preceded by the Ah and the manufacturers code so I changed one digit tested it it was accepted all good so far The battery technology is an EFB so I wanted to change it but for the life of me I can’t find a way to do it any ideas you clever people? The new battery is a Bosch S4 E05 stop start EFB Thanks in advance

    No battery control module on the earth stop so no coding possible which is odd for a stop start car, have I answered this elsewhere yesterday? I need to look at the wiring diagram at work.
