2013 caddy 1.6tdi

Morning guys

I’m hoping for some advice,
The eldest has bought a caddy. It had leaking injectors when we got it so we’ve replaced seals and returns.
however it has a few fault codes showing and seems to jitter sometimes around 2500 rpm. Sometimes it revs through lovely.
The fault codes at the minute are in the photo attached,
a few things I’ve noticed is,
it’s had new 02 sensors however I feel these arnt the cause of that code. (Willing to buy new if it is likely though)
oil light flashes randomly normally just as your setting off or slowing down
steam from the rear of the engine


is there anything I should be looking for?
im going to start stripping down later but sometimes there are common issues where I should look first so I thought I’d ask here.

any advice welcome

I will be flushing the oil and changing oil and filter also

I’ll try to keep this updated in case it helps anyone else in the future.
stripped down a few bits today, the steam from the rear is actually oil vapour as the rocker cover has split.
ive stripped the fuel rail can’t see any brass swarf in there.

Turns out someone has fitted fuel lines wrong way.
it now runs lovely.
however the brand new return lines are leaking.
so need to work out why this is, maybe just cheap parts
