Oil Types for Petrol & Natural Gas Polo (Italian 2019 midel)

Hi there

The handbook suggests 502 00 grade oil.

TPS mentioned Quantum Zinter(?) 5W40 is compatible.

Do other standards cover 502 00 (for example 504 00 & 507 00) or are they 'different and incompatible)?

TPS couldnt locate it from the vin, maybe country specific database?

I don't know why TPS had a problem, straight in for me. When I put it into the Digital Service System it says "warning, gas powered vehicle"... It hasn't been anywhere where they record the info on the DSS since 2019 when CAMMI-BERETTA DI BERETTA & C. SNC did an oil change. It is set to 365 days/15000 km intervals and to use VW 504 00 (0w/20) or VW 508 00 (0w/30) according the the DSS but ETKA just says SAE 0W-20 VW 508 00/VW 509 00 and we use Quantum LongLife IV 0W-20 and it is all TPS list which is correct according to ETKA.

I can’t read the text and assume it is generic info for all engines but 502 is 5w/40 standard interval 365 day/15000 km oil, not Longlife which I prefer to use with the standard 356/15k interval in the expectation of superior protection and allowing for human nature is exceeding intervals. 502 would be Quantum Synta.
