Excessive Window Noise

I'm getting excessive noise coming from the windows. It sounds like they are open yet I get no water ingress when it rains. There seems to be a lot creaking coming from the windows too. What would cause this? and how would I fix/Adjust this?

No Crasher, it's something that has gradually been getting worse, I could hardly hear road noise before but now it's driving me nuts

The frames are very complex to set up, when we take one apart we mark the position of the bolts to aid reassembly but they are less stressful than the 4B and its shims!
