    Default 2019 VW Crafter Key – 19-02-2025,08:12 PM
    Received the dash 'Key Battery Low' warning - after less than 10 months of fitting a CR2025 (2.5mm thick, 160mAh).

    I cannot get a CR2032 (3.2mm thick, 225 mAh) into my key, once in it will not clip under the retainer, wanting to pop out - confused, this is the recommended battery, as it has a longer life.

    I am trying to fit a Duracell, so a pucker battery.

    A CR 2025 slips in lovely, like they were made for each other.

    But I think the key should have the correct battery in it, but I am buggered if I can get it to fit.

    I am not great with Crafters but what is the VIN?
    PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION TO MAKE IT ILLEGAL TO PARK ON SOMEONES DRIVEWAY WITHOUT PERMISSION

    The VW part number is N 104 373 01and they retail at £7.08 inc. It is a CR2025.
    PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION TO MAKE IT ILLEGAL TO PARK ON SOMEONES DRIVEWAY WITHOUT PERMISSION
