Space Saver Wheel

Hi All

Just looked at a 2016 Allroad, that's for sale. In reasonable shape but space saver wheel missing from boot. The spindle and nut for where it needs to be fitted is all there but instead a tyre inflation kit has been put in. I looked up the build data sheet for the car, from the VIN, and it has 3F1 Collapsible spare tyre listed. I asked the dealer about it who has said the car definitely has no spare wheel.

Two questions from this

1. Is this the norm? Would you expect no space saver given what I've detailed?
2. If it was supposed to have a space saver where would I buy one and how much would they cost?
