Q's for erWIN users from newbee

Hi all,
I am after some helpful info so this is aimed at current users of erWIN.

I'm not a newbee to the forum but just to erWin.

I'm only a DIY'r and only look after my own car Q74M, wifes car VW Tiguan, Inlaws cars 2x Skodas.
Up till now I have managed with my trusted VCDS Hex Can, for fault finding,resetting and tweeking,
PETKA is also helpfull with it's diagrams ( both of which get regular updates ) and Elsawin for service info as all cars were pre 2017.
Now the inlaws have much newer cars so I have no information on them,

Reading many posts it is obvious that online erWin is the place to go armed with a 24Hr subscription.
Before diving in I have watched a few videos and read a few guides and all seems pretty straightforward,
compared to Erwi anyway.

Ther seems to be confusion as to wether or not I will be able to download files as a pdf and keep them on my PC.
Or if I want a hard copy these must be printed? That would be a lot of printing and no sleep!

I understand I can log in and out as often as I wish during my 24Hrs but if I set up my account on say the Audi site,
would I be able to log into say the Skoda site with my details and download some info from there using the same time slot,
or are they compleately separate and I need an account and subscription for each?

All I need now is to pencil in a free date ( easy when you are retired and 70 ) and decide what is the best time to start the 24hrs
so I'm not like a Zombe at the end!
