1.0 TSI Throttle Body

Hi all,

Got a 1.0tsi Polo, 110bhp with CHZC engine.
I had a EPC and a check engine light, and just a very shaky car which was idling like crazy.
Scanner threw up a P0638 for Throttle Actuator.

Anyway, my throttle body part number was O4C133062C, however I have replaced it with O4C133062D.
From what I can tell, the replacement one I fitted is not part of the CHZC engine, but for the slower models.
Therefore:
1. Would this be an issue? Unsure if the replacement one will limit power.
2. Do I need to do a throttle body relearn or adaptation? I do have VCDS, but not until next week so have just been using the car as is.

Also, my steering feels slightly heavier but I feel like the throttle body can not contribute to this?
