Mil is on and glowplug warning in flashing - failed MOT!!! Help

Hi I have a 2013 TDI it idles at 813RPM and is a bit rough but take it up to 1000rpm and its silky smooth.

I have failed the Mot for rear shocks - done, steering rack bushes - Done, head light too low- done, Side light bulb - done, OS Drop link - waiting to be delivered

Mil is on and glow plugs flashing the only fault I can find on the engine that might cause this is P261A Coolant pump 2 open circuit, I have check the wire and it getting 3.5 volts across the outer contacts- the middle must be a sensor - I am hoping a new pump at £270 will fix this?

Amaroks are notorious for that code and it being there with a new pattern pump or new genuine pump and in the end it being an ECU output circuit fault.
