Touran 2.0TDI BMN cranks, no start

Done the rpm test. It correlate with the dash and VCDS but it's a bit low, Right under 300rpm. Also checked if there is fuel flow to and from the fuel filter, clear diesel flow.
Tried to log the rpm test, can try to share it here if that's somewhat helpful

Checked all fuses and relays under the dash and besides the battery. All seems good. could it be tandem pump? I don't have proper tools to measure the pressure, are there any other way for testing?

The tandem pumps are difficult to test due to the pulsations but rarely fail, have you tried giving it a bit of a sniff?

been away for the weekend, I'm starting to go bald because of the car. There is no signs of leak. Could water come in too the ECU? Were we live it snows alot. The DMF has starting to show signs of needing replacement, is there a probability that is the cause?

The main control relay on your vehicle at ignition on must have at ecu pin nos a3-a5-a6 which then fires up 6 fuses certainly has to be checked out best place to start & replay back
