Audi Q3 2015 - P0299 00 [01100101] - Control Range Not Reached

Hello,
My father has just got an Audi Q3 2.0 TDI and it's started throwing up a fault. It appears to kick in mostly when he's accelerating up a hill and then let's off the accelerator.

I've had a mityvac on the vacuum system, the pump is pulling between 25 and 30. When I apply vacuum to the n75 valve and actuator, I can pull between 25 and 30 and it stays without dropping.

A N75 valve has been tested on it from a known working car.

Car is on 57k.

Dpf is at 13g.

Any ideas what to check next?

If it is definitely not a blocked DPF then underboost is usually a leak in the vacuum control system. Have you put the mityvac on the mani source 3mm hose to the servo vacuum pipe? Is it an AdBlue car?
