2007 polo electric windows

HI there - i wondered if anyone had a suggestion as to what i might try next?
The electric window on passenger side of my 2007 polo wasn't working - i took the door card off and replaced the window regulator motor - the window worked fine for a few minutes then stopped working again - i disconnected the connector plug from the motor and reconnected it again and it started working again - but then again after a few minuted it stopped again - i tried as best i could to then clean the connectors with emery cloth, and they worked again but then stopped working. BTW the button on the drivers door that should control the passenger door window does not work at all. it seem really weird - the old motor wasn't faulty it turns out, as exactly the same thing happens with that motor . . . . any ideas anyone???

What is the VIN and the part numbers of the original and replacement door controllers you fitted?

hi there - the part numbers are the same on the old and new motors - 6y1959802

and th VIN is WVWZZZ9NZ7Y145939

The part numbers are correct and you will have to use second hand as new they are obsolete.
