    Good morning,

Background - bought a cheap 2nd hand 2010 golf. CFFB 140, VIN WVWZZZ1KZAP092279. it has p2563 code and a blanked EGR and stage 1 map, 180k miles. I had it mapped to stock and then replaced the turbo and the egr cooler/valve myself. THe old EGRE was completely chock full of carbon. Cleared the codes. p2563 is gone but now i get P0403 and P0405. Checked the wiring connection and it's solid, the EGR that arrived was brand new. Yesterday I replaced the battery for a Bosch S5005 hoping it might be a power issue.

Using an autel I can see some data coming through from the new EGR (previously it was just all 0s) , but onl 0.8v which fluctuates. When i start the car it has a delayed start, when i turn it off it flutters. WHen i drive i get 0 symptoms, no limp, no slow acceleration, no coil or dpf lights. Just the continuous still EML. I have also noticed that the new turbo sounds different.

I have it booked in with a VW specialist in March but i know this is going to cost a bit..could it be the N75 valve, a dud EGR (ffs...) or something else that i could try and adjust. I don't having wiring diagrams or the technical know how to start chasing wires...I also do not want to blank or delete anything, i know i can but i'm not interested in that route.

I am an enthusiastic amateur with access to a full mechanical garage on the camp where i work, ramp etc...that is the limit of my knowledge so bare with me. Thanks. Any help advice would be appreciated.
