Hi All
First post here... Wife has an 2019 A6 tdi. We have been sold an 'All In' service pack which includes an inspection service, a std oil service, 2 x MOT and 2 year warranty,
Today the car in is for its inspection service and they are telling me that it needs a fuel filter however that's an additional cost!

Now in my eyes an 'all inclusive' service plan covers everything service related that the car needs. OK I accept things like brakes are wear & tear items but if the car needs a fuel filter, which by definition is a service item, then it should surely be included! Apparently there is a whole raft of things not included in the 'all inclusive plan' an air filter is apparently not even included which in my opinion is one of the most basis items changed at a service! In fact I have a BMW M5 and that has their All inclusive service pack, never been charged a penny at service time.

Its like booking an all inclusive holiday and then getting to the airport to be told it dosent include the flight!

I have spoken to 5 different departments at Audi, none of them seem to be able to help. The Dealer openly admits that there are many items that are deemed a 'service' item such as air filter, gearbox oil etc that whilst are service items are not service items according to the 'all inclusive' pack.

Surely others have experienced this - any way to get them to keep to their end of the bargain or is it just a con? Must be in breach of trades description act!
Thanks
Jon
