One Missing Service Record, No Longer FSH

I got my car serviced by an indi garage who are able to add services to my vehicles service history, they've done this 3 times before. This time, October's, is missing.
I chased them (a month after the service) and they sent the print out confirming they'd uploaded it and it should be showing within 25 hours.

It's still not showing which is really annoying as I have had a full service history online until now.

Any idea how this can be fixed?

If they are saying they have done it but you cannot see it, a visit in person might sort it out.
If not, I am not sure about Audi, but with our Jag I got the indie dealer service uploaded by JLR customer care. They needed the vat registered receipt and something else relatively minor.

How do you know it's still not showing?

My dealer, and VW themselves, insist that my recent service is on their system, and gave me a strange and unhelpful printout to prove it, however crasher here tells me it's not showing. Incredibly annoying and there's nothing I can do. I don't see why they can't make cars service histories publicly available via their website or owners portal.

How do you know it's still not showing?

I got a print out, same as you.

Could it be the servicing garage delayed uploading the service to Audi/VW online? I read in another forum there is a relatively short window and missing that window means it does not show.
