    My rear washer doesnt work.
I cant find any leaks anywhere.
There is a loose pipe, coming out of the upper inside wing, but i cant find where it should attach
It has a new wiper motor, I thought it was working
I looked under the wheel arch, and the passenger footwell carpet seems dry

might be worth checking before you go too deep, but the little nozzle part on the rear wiper gets clogged up really easily, and then the water does not come out. Might be worth removing the spray nozzle from the rear wiper arm and trying to see if water comes through without it being on the arm. On mine I cleaned the old nozzle with a pin, but ended up replacing the spray nozzle as it was cheap and an easy fix and the new aftermarket one from ebay worked better than the one I tried to clean.

To note, I think that black flex hose which you have there not connected to anything, should be connected to the vent hole on the right side of the battery, so any gases generated in the battery during charging are vented to the underside of the vehicle, rather than into the cabin. You can see where the vent pipe connects to the battery at 46 seconds in this video: Audi A4 Quattro - New Battery Install - YouTube
