    Hi all
    I am after some advice on easiest/best way to remove the turbo and refit a new one please on a CRLB 2.0 engine. I have the use of a ramp if its easier.

    You nearly always have to remove the right driveshaft. Disconnect the DPF to silencer sleeve, have a new sleeve ready for reassembly. Disconnect the DPF from the turbo, move it to the right. Most work is done from below, all the fasters are hard to get at, some more than others. At least it is easier than the T5 twin turbo we did today.

    Thank you for the reply, I will try and order a new sleeve today, I believe there might possibly be a few different diameters though......... Hopefully not lol.

    Crasher could I ask if you know which the part number is for the sleeve, and any other clamps you think I would need please.

    04L 253 115 A turbo to cat seal 1pcs

    1K0 253 725 dpf to downpipe clamp 1pcs
    1K0 253 115 AE dpf to downpipe seal 1pcs

    04L 131 455 A EGR cooler To DPF clamp 1pcs
    04L 131 547 EGR Cooler to DPF seal 1pcs


    1k0 253 141 S exhaust clamp 55x88 1pcs

    WVWZZZ3CZFE484113 I'm changing the turbo and manifold as a block so would probably need the gasket for this also if you could help with that part number too please. Many thanks
