Electric swivel tow bar

Hi All
Has any one retro fitted an electric swivel type tow bar (originally offered as a factory option) to a Passat B8 Estate? Whilst some are available 2nd hand on line, I'm guessing coding may be an issue along with compatibility by year/type - mine is a 190 GT

The VW main kit is £1200 but there are a number versions I can’t work out at home. Used I imagine the most awkward part would be getting the breakers to correctly remove the wiring without use an axe as they usually do, car breakers tend not to be subtle chaps…

Thanks Crasher, that was what I thought, getting all the bits would be an issue.....think I'll settle for a detachable version...
