A8 2010 4.2 TDI Gearbox

After help!

have an audi a8 4.2 tdi , fully serviced 77k miles .

Had all front suspension arms hubs etc replaced , then had abs error codes (Fixed )
Shortly after car came up with ACC , hill start , gearbox malfunction, and would come out of park . never had any issues with box or mechatronic

Shipped car to milta , refurbed the mecha and commented that some of the wiring loom damaged , fixed , and drove car some 200 miles home , sweet as ever . two days later same error
Shipped to audi dealer , say new mecha and new gearbox!

Any one any clues? the gearbox never gave me any issues at all , no cluncking mis shifts etc

The box is available from Audi as a recon as it is a 0BL not the awful 0B5, part number 0BL 300 035 JX 002, this is a special order from Germany Vehicle Intelligent Part and from the moment it is ordered cannot be canceled or returned and paid for up front, £13022.40
