    CAYC engine? I was trying to study these values this morning on one with a misfire and in measuring blocks there is a better display (can't emer the number but it's in the list) for studying the corrections, all the other valves showed equal as yours but corrections showed number 1 injector fighting number 3 to keep the idle stable. I solved the problem with a smooth idling compensation function but that is only available in the dealer system ODIS on most ECU software versions.

    CAYA = 75ps
    CAYB = 90ps
    CAYC = 105ps

    Don't worry about the specifics, worry about the discrepancies from each other

    I've noticed all my injector codes are incorrect, so I've checked the resistance and all are spot on. Then started changing the codes but now harder to start and a lot of pinging when hot. Here's the codes and current stored codes. Is it the underlined 6 digit's.
    Many thanks.

    I was sure I answered this? Anyway, either someone has been experimenting with different values to solve poor injectors or just stuffed in a set of used one. The only sure way to deal with a poor running CAY is to fit and code four new genuine or VDO injectors BUT only if you know the same is free of swarf.

    Yes mate you have. Thanks,
    Just a quick one.
    So I've corrected two of them, should I attempt to code them all correctly and see?
    As I have a 2hr trip later
