    So, End result as it were

    The vac solenoid block was weak, but not failed enough to trigger any sensors
    This resulted in the EGR cooler coking up to the point where is 99% blocked

    So EGR delete kit and its solved.

    the parts and labour for replacing all of ERG system comes to more than the car is worth.
