My cars Front Under-tray came off while I was driving on motorway. Due to the speed it has more less ripped off the front fasteners holes from the undertray, so can’t reuse the same tray.

Any idea where I can get one for cheap price or anyone have one spare that I can buy off them. I believe the part number is 4M0825235M. Please advise other than ********Â…where I can obtain one from? Either used or new.

Also is there any issues driving car without this under-tray fitted to car?

    Thanks

Do you still have the damaged one? I welded some repairs into mine using an A4 sheet from ebay plus take away containers and hot air gun after checking which plastic was needed based on markings on tray. Polypropylene IIRC. Delicious smell of Kung Po chicken as I was doing it...

Yes I have damage under tray….back fixings are all intact. Just the from lugs are damage. What material did you use for the new lugs? And how did you stick that new material onto you undertray? Thanks

I bought a new undertray on Ebay about 5 years ago for just under £50. It was similar quality to the original, the only small fault was that the front mounting holes were slightly out of position, easily corrected.

I think it came with new fasteners and screws, but these are readily available. I bought 10 fasteners for about £8 on Amazon. I searched for Audi undertray clips.

I don't think any standard glue would work effectively. As per previous post I used heat gun to soften plastics until they would weld together. I've done similar with suitable plastic popped in an old tin on BBQ until molten. Warm destination area so that pouring / applying "paste" will push receiving side past melting point. Pop riveting suitable aluminium patches in could work as well.
