Leaking DEF Adblue from under bonnet - 2016 2.0 TDI 190

Anyone seen this before (see photo's)? First I'd spotted something was up when i noticed a slightly odd but brief burning smell with smoke, obviously from a crystalised bit building up, breaking off and dropping onto a hot part of the engine body. Is this an easy DIY fix would anyone know?

I've read that it could be covered under some extended emissions warranty in the USA, but perhaps not here in the UK?

What is the VIN? We are seeing this a lot and it can block the SCR cat, we have a 2017 A6 Ultra in next week for us to strip the system off and find out the damage and I had two others in last week plus one to put back together tomorrow when the pile of expensive bits turn up. I seem to spent my working life fighting faulty EU6 Diesel emissions systems at the moment… none stop!

Sounds like a common problem, but is there a standard solution? Car otherwise is running absolutely fine. VIN is WVGZZZ1TZGW575007
