Audi A3 2014 steering rack fitted into 2015 s line, part number help

what is the difference between the steering rack: 5Q2 423 055 C (Originally fitted to 2015 audi a3 2.0 tdi sline) and the steering rack: 5Q2 423 055 (From a 2014 audi a3 2.0 tdi)

Does the the steering rack without the C fit?

Before fitting the new rack the power steering, abs, esc, tpms lights were on

I have fitted the non C rack before checking the part numbers and now am unsure if I am going to have problems. Currently there is no power steering light on. And the power steering is working fine.

Before fitting the steering rack the front left abs connector was broken (wires came out). After fitting the rack I have temporarily joined an old brake pad wear sensor to the loose wires and connected it onto the abs sensor, just until i get a new connector. After this my brother scanned the car and erased all faults. And from live data the abs sensor was showing the wheel speed.

Now the only lights left on are esc and tpms.
And the faults left showing are start stop disabled, hill start assist unavailable. And the parking sensors also don't beep, the button just flashes.

Havnt had a chance to scan the car myself yet, but was just wanted to find out if its possible that the steering rack could be causing problems. Before i can get the new abs connector and scan the car.


Update: Scanned the car and calibrated the steering rack and all fault codes have gone and everything is working again.
