If only there were some form of online searching facility - then again it would never catch on
You may think I'm being helpful yet sarcastic, this is only because I feel I need to help you to help yourself in the future

    18 Months ago I bought a Pug 406 td for £450.

I ran it on a mixture of 90% SVO AND 10% diesel without making any alterations/modifications to the car - even through the winter! The car never missed a beat, although top end power was down slightly.

I just poured supermarket veg oil direct into the filler neck, followed by the diesel.

Not all cars will operate in this way, some need twin tank systems or pre heaters. As a rule of thumb, the older the car the better.

Given the value of my then car, I wasn't concerned about longevity. I had 10 months of super cheap motoring and sold the car on ebay for £130 when the MOT expired.

There is alot of info about this on the www, and I notice alot more motorists are doing it now - often get the chip shop whiff when walking past traffic.
