torque settings

right, hi im new here and looking for some advice.

bought my first set of big alloys today but before i commence fitting them wondered if anyone knows what torque setting they need to be put on at, dont want to shear the bolts and niether do i want my wheels falling off

they are going on a k-reg mk3 golf.

and as the tyres are alot wider, will i need spacers to stop them rubbing on anything? i dont know at all, novice! ridden motorbikes for years and never done much to do with cars

any help much appreciated

Presumably a 4 stud car so 110Nm.
