Hi all, new member here. I have a 2007 a6 c6 which suffers from electrical issues after heavy rain. Have checked plenum drain I can get to which is now clear. Electrical issues are central locking doesnt lock all doors then alarm goes off after a few mins. Indicator not flashing at any sort of pattern, long and short flashes all over the place. Also get electric handbrake malfunction warning occasionally and loose power steering for a second at same time.
Have checked under carpets in passenger side front and all is dry including the well the electrical boxes sit in. Im guessing this is an issue with one of the electrical boxes in the plenum chamber? Anyone had the same problem?
Ps I think my top drains were partially clogged so wander if water has run over the top of the electircal boxes in plenum chamber?

Have you checked in the boot compartments for water under each light unit, especially offside?

after i had the plenum water issue in mine the relay fault that prevented start ups and lit the dash up like it was Christmas was intermittent !! I cant remember the relay number but it was a simple swap out under the ECU and cheaper from audi over ebay.
if you search some of my early posts you should get it
