2016 VW Golf Cabrio Fuse layout.

Hi, can anyone assist with a fuse box diagram for my 2016 VW Golf convertible , it is the SE 2.0 TDI Blue motion. The box diagrams I see on the net are all different, and the Haines manual is for the general Golf MK6 and so not variant specific. Even the Owners Manual offers no indication of fuses and purpose.

There is no definitive diagram, you have to download the information from erWin and work out the spec and layout, it is not simple.

On your cabrio 2l is your engine code either (cuub) or (cuua) for fusebox layout

There is also CFHB, CFHC and CLCA but the latter is rare.

As suggested I went onto Erwin VW and paid for an hour of search and print for 8 Euro . After the hour and much searching of all the categories and using the search facility, I managed to find NOTRHING about fuses and the specific usage of the fuses in the right dash side compartment. I am not a nuclear scientist , but have tutored in Higher Education and have to say this is the most useless thing I have accessed. I entered my VIN to try and make the info search more vehicle specific. So much time wasted and 8 euro lighter I am no further on ! ( Please dont think I criticise you for your help which I fully appreciate, just I think VW makes it difficult to protect their service earnings and the £90 diagnostic fee to change a fuse ! )

The Erwin gave a message about my browser not being able to offer all functions ??? And I tried this with both the latest IE and Chrome variants.
Do I risk another 8 Euro , is there a basic diagram of the fuse box and captions of what all the fuses are for ?
