    Yet another issue heater blower will only begin to come on before stopping and sometimes run for a few seconds before stopping in either case will not start again unless I turn the fans off and on again but will repeat one of the above blower motor resistor/thermal fuse ?..

    Thanks crasher Found the problem one of the connectors had melted on the fan connection works perfectly now think it was just connected badly nice cheap fix.

    Earth was fine just the feed was connected with the spade on the heater between the protective sheath and the connector been arcing away for some time.
