The engine is BKD we checked the wires from the sensor harness to the ECU and with IGN on we get 5 volt on first pin and third and also 5 volt on the middle one.The crankshaft sensor is new original one the camshaft sensor is also new the timing was check 5 times and redone 3 times .The car start with the camshaft sensor disconected but it runs very rough after conecting it doesn't start and VCDS says "Camshaft possition sensor (g40) implausible signal" with connected sensor and "Camshaft possition sensor (g40) implausible signal intermitent" with disconected sensor.Any ideas ?

I see this A LOT, implausible signal means the ECU can see the signal but it does not like it in comparison to the G28 crank speed sender signal, what is the Torsion Value?

Did you sort this? If not I had a similar issue with a BXE (1,9tdi). If it's the same the issue turned out to be the 'impulse wheel?' that turns with the camshaft. One of the 'tabs' had been slightly bent (by some careless mechanic before me) causing the implausible signal. Once straightened all was fine. It took me a long time checking, testing, swapping before I finally worked this out.
