Tiguan knocking/rattling noise

I seem to have a knocking/rattling issue on my 2018 Tiguan 2.0TDI (Manual Gearbox)
The noise isn't there all the time. When it does appear, its most noticeable when idling. Sometimes at standstill the noise happens when you press the clutch at idling and goes away when you release the clutch.
Other times it's the opposite way around i.e. makes the noise and when you press the clutch it disappears.
Also noticed sometimes when the noise isn't there on idle, if I rev the engine very slightly the noise appears until the revs drop back to idle.
At first I thought it might be the flywheel, but with it not being there all the time and happening if you rev the engine slightly I'm thinking it could be something else.
Maybe and engine mounts or something.
Can anyone take a good guess from the noise in these videos of what it could be?

That does suggest the flywheel

I’d say flywheel too unless your release bearing is totally hanging off inside
