Hi all, I bought a genuine Audi air filter from TPS for my 2014 A5 TFSI 2014 part number 8K0 133 843 M but it’s about 15mm longer than the old Mann filter and about 5mm wider. Please can anyone check if this is correct or not as there is no way it will fit without seriously deforming it!

What engine code, such as CAED?

Can you see the Mann part number on the old one?

EDIT: And the VAG part number on the new one? It isn't unknown for things to end up in the wrong box.

You might also be able to read the part number on the filter housing, which should also help figure out what will fit.

Looks like the wrong filter is in the box, the box is marked up 8K0 133 843 M and the filter inside the box is marked up with a different number, I googled that number and it’s to fit VW Beetle! Oh well, back to TPS.
