Hi All

Hoping someone can share their experience and expertise on below issue:

Just some background, I bought a used Audi Q7 2016, its got 140k on the clock but fully serviced (so I was told).

I had the EGR fault code diagnosed with Insufficient Flow a few weeks ago. My Audi Q7 2016 3.0 TDI V6 was due to get it tuned so the bloke suggested he can switch it off and that will prevent any future EGR-related engine management signs, which he did. Since then, I've had no issues and drives great (especially after the tune), I've serviced the oil, air and fuel filters but something tells me I should go back and clean out the EGR.

I've had a look at various youtube vids but mainly revolve around the older models. My main issue is when I lift the engine cover, it appears the EGR valve is under the intake manifold, and I'm worried I'm not going to be able to put it back together.

Any helpful tips on how to digest what looks like a dogs dinner under the engine cover will be much appreciated.

Thanks
Soyab
