Hi - have been hearing a tick/click noise when turning the steering wheel. Noticed considerable wear on the inner section of the tyre (compared to rest of tyre). Clearly some bushing/link arm issue.. Jacked up and tried to wiggle the wheel side to side, up down but nothing very noticeable. Didn't get under with a leaver to check so just checking if there is a know common issue that ppl are aware off.

Tyre wear could indicate front rear arms, the noise? That could be UV joint.

Top, rear arm, outer ball joint wear is a big problem on these and the bolt can be an absolute ******* to get out. We did one about two weeks ago and after spending four hours with heat, cold, spray, hammer, air chisel etc, gave up and took both hubs off the car and had an engineering shop drill the 100mm long bolt out.
