slight engine judder when cold

Getting a slight engine judder when accelerating when cold, goes away when the oil temperature starts to raise. done a scan on vcds and it says there is an electrical fault on 3 of the glow plugs, take it that means bad glow plugs or could it be something else? don't want to have to remove the glow plugs unless i have to. I've attached the readout from vcds. thanks for looking.

The engine management light came on when one of mine went TU. Using my detector it showed No3 as faulty so I replaced them all.

My light hasn't came on yet, I changed the fuel filter last week and there was a bit of dirt in the reservoir and filter was very dirty, the juddering has since disappeared from the engine since then, will still change the plugs when I get time thou to be on the safe side
