Hi,

I have a VW Passat B8 2015 1.6 TDI, engine code DCXA and it does not have ACC from the factory.
But since I have the front radar installed I tried to activate ACC by using VCDS.

I made these 4 modifications in VCDS:
1. 01 Engine - Byte5 Bit 5-6 set to 60 Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Front Assist/Stop Function Installed
2. 19 Can Gateway - Byte 11 Bit 4 set, Drive Program Function "ACC" active
3. 19 Can Gateway - Adaptation ENG118779 - MAS06614 "Multi function Steering wheel control module coding value - Variant", set from CCS to ACC
4. 17 Instruments - Byte 4, bit 2 Distance Regulation/Adaptive cruise control (ACC) installed

After the modification I got the error U0235 - No communications with Cruise Control (Front) Distance sensor, so I decided to revert all 4 modifications to their original values.
All 4 modifications were restored to their original values but now the right side buttons on my steering wheel no longer work
New Fault Code appeared on Can Gateway - 8782087 Multi-Function Switches in Steering Wheel; Right - B114C 96 Component internal failure

I tried clearing the fault code, but it immediately reapers. I am 100% sure that the is nothing physically broken on the steering wheel, the buttons were always responding before making the modifications in VCDS. Can someone please help how to restore the functionality on those buttons.

Thank you
