Hi having trouble finding new springs for the above car. Vw have discontinued making and selling them as there was very low demand.

Any member any info on replacement spring available by aftermarket company or even know how much lower the sport version of this car was lower than standard.

Eibach Pro kit springs E8565-140

This will give a tiny drop of 10-15mm on a Sport and a superior handling without loss of ride comfort .

Recommend you do the dampers too ?

Do you have any idea the hight differences between the sport and a standard model

Didn’t want to lower it anymore than it is now would probably go for standard 4 motion hight without sports option if there not a lot of difference

The front springs are actually off an Audi A4 but they are available from VW Classic, part number 8D0 411 105 CT, for €128.48 there is no aftermarket alternative.
