    Hello,

I want to buy this used car today, 60k miles, I was wondering the following:

    1. The engine is 110 HP, can I bring it to 150 HP like the more powerful model? (it's the same 1.6 TDI engine)
I've seen that I need remap stage 1, which is pretty safe, in the end, they use the same specs as the manufacture.
I'll take the warranty for this car, so I assume that any change will void it... Does it look smart at all?
I think that it's convenient to wait the end of the warranty to do such thing, and possibly to take out a warranty from this guys that do remap.
I want to clarify that I don't need power, but a car with 150 HP drives much better and as I've seen online, the efficiency doesn't change, very good.
I want to keep the car for 10y minimum, it has already 4, I have no intention to consume the components before their lifetime .

    2. Will it maintain the same efficiency as the original model? I'm talking about the factory 1.6 TDI Bluemotion MK7 with 150 HP. As I said above, it seems yes, but I wonder if anyone made any real comparison with the factory model.

    3. Do I need to inform the DVLA? What about the MOT? Will it show that it's modified?

    4. Shall I inform the insurance about the modification?

    5. Will the time belt replacement invalidate the warranty? (it's time to do it) I guess yes. In any case, the garage has its own warranty for that specific replacement, it doesn't concern me much.

    6. It's currently EURO 5 for my understanding, can I make it EURO 6D in somehow?

    7. Anything else I should be worried about?

Thanks for any help in advance.
