Hi there,
I have a problem with the electric seat control module on my 2009 Touareg Altitude. Passenger seat won't go forward or backwards. I've narrowed it down to the control unit. Everywhere I've looked (erwin, online etc) says it's under one of the front seats in a plastic sling on the underside of the seat. I've now taken both the front seats out and it is nowhere to be found. Nothing on the underside of the drivers seat and in the floor below is just the telephone module and the auto box control module. Nothing on the underside of the passenger seat and in the floor below is just the battery and the relay panel. I note on both the seats all the wiring for the control of the seats heads of into the floor.


It just isn't where it's supposed to be. Can anyone be of help?
