    Evening folks,
I have a 2006 audi A3 1.6Fsi 5 door and recently all three brake lights have been staying on even though the car is switched off. From searching the net I can see that it may be a faulty brake light switch and have seen the accompanying videos showing where the switch is and how to change it.
The problem you ask? I cannot locate my switch and am wondering if someone can kindly point me in the right direction. I have taken the cover under the steering wheel off and unless I can`t see the wood for the trees I am struggling to locate it.

    Hi,
I don't have a A3 but a mate does , and he said on some models it is mounted under the master cylinder in the engine bay.
    Hope this helps.
