    So you mean a used 1K2 723 503 T? This changed to 1K2 723 503 AE in 2011 and AJ in 2012 so yes it would work but as it is at least 12 years old you may just introduce the same or a different fault plus no one ever releases the pedal with the correct tool so a used one shifts around. Do it right, do it once.

    Regards to the rear stop light bulbs. When I looks up 382 bulb it shows a single filament bulb? 380 shows as double filament?

    So which one is correct? Did you just get the 2 mixed up? Lol as I am confused now.

    Yes 380 is the standard twin 5/25w and 382 single 25w.

    Ahhh so I’ve got the wrong ones in then!!

    I’ve got single filament 382’s in my rear lights for the brake light.


    I should have the double filaments (380s) instead right?

    Sorry for the confusion.

    Nope, two single filament 382 P21w also known as a BA15S (VAG N 107 732 2) and one BAX9s (VAG N 104 455 02)
