Hi guys, does anyone know how the outer cv joint goes back together if you've been daft enough to take the ball bearings and cages out for cleaning?

I have never managed to get one back together that works, I was putting two new shafts on my car and an outer managed to fall apart (still don’t know how I managed it) and I could not rebuild it.

I managed to get it done. I was trying to drop the cage in horizontal but it needed to go in vertically! Some other designs also match a specific cage position to a specific position on the housing.
